      What types of rooms are available and how are they equipped?

      You can choose between single, double and family rooms (for up to 4 people). Furthermore all B&B Hotels offer barrier-free rooms. All room are equipped with air conditioning, soundproof windows, TV, WiFi, a desk as well as a bathroom with shower, WC and wash-basin.

       

      Are the rates per room or per person?
      The rates are per room and night.

       

      How do I get access to a reserved room?
      Every guest is given a 6-digit access code when they check in at the reception or the check-in terminal. This code must be entered on the keypad at the room door.

       

      Can I order an additional bed for my room?
      No, due to safety and insurance reasons we can unfortunately not provide additional beds in our rooms.

       

      Are barrier-free rooms available?
      Yes, all of our hotels offer barrier-free rooms.

      Can I have breakfast in a B&B Hotel even if I'm not a guest?
      Yes, you can enjoy the B&B breakfast buffet even if you are not a guest.

       

      What does the B&B breakfast buffet cost?
      The B&B breakfast buffet costs only €7.50 and you can eat as much as you like.

       

      What food and drinks are offered in the hotel?
      Apart from the B&B breakfast buffet, there is a wide selection of snacks and drinks available in the vending machines in the hotel lobby.


      Can I still book the B&B breakfast buffet once I have arrived?
      Yes, you can book the B&B breakfast buffet at any time during your stay.

      What payment methods do the hotels offer?
      All B&B Hotels accept cash in Euro, German EC and Maestro debit cards and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

       

      What happens if I need to modify or cancel a reservation?

      Can I bring my pet?
      Yes! Pets don't have to stay outside and are welcome under your supervision for a minimal fee.

       

      How does the Wi-Fi access work?
      In a few simple steps you can get free access to the internet. All you need is a Wi-Fi-enabled laptop and a mobile phone. Detailed instructions can be found in each B&B hotel room. Please note: For security reasons it is not possible to send e-mails via Outlook and similar programs.

       

      How do I apply for a job at a hotel or at the headquarters?
      If you are interested in working at a B&B Hotel, please apply directly at the respective hotel via e-mail. Applications for jobs at the B&B headquarters should be submitted to this e-mail address.

      I haven't received a confirmation of my reservation – what should I do?
      Please contact the respective hotel directly.

       

      Can unaccompanied minors reserve a room?
      Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult hotel guest at all times during their stay. Children between the ages of 14 and 18 must provide the written permission of a parent or guardian to stay in a room and must be accompanied by an adult when they arrive.

       

      What is the difference between a standard and a guaranteed reservation?
      With a simple (standard) reservation, we promise to keep the room available for you until 7 pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to arrive after 7 pm, please make a guaranteed reservation – then you can arrive at any time. Please note: To confirm a guaranteed reservation, we will need your credit card details. A guaranteed reservation can be cancelled free of charge before 7 pm on the day of arrival.       What do I need to consider when I arrive after 7 pm?
      If you are likely to arrive after 7 pm, please contact the respective hotel beforehand to change your booking to a guaranteed reservation. To do this, you will need to provide your credit card details. Once you've guaranteed your reservation by credit card or bank transfer, it will be kept open until after 7 pm.       How can I book without credit card during exhibition and event periods?                          

      In general, you always need to guarantee your reservation with a credit card. If you do not have a credit card, we suggest that you contact the hotel you're interested in directly and ask them about advance payment options.

       

      How does the check-in terminal work?
      With our check-in terminals, checking in is quick and convenient. Simply enter your credit card or booking reference and confirm your check-in. Haven’t booked a room? You can also use the check-in terminal to book a room. All you need is a credit card or Maestro/EC card.

       

      What should I do if I have a problem with a check-in terminal?
      There is an emergency buzzer next to the check-in terminal. Furthermore, a list of emergency numbers is available in the lobby of each hotel.

       

      Until when do I need to check out?
      In our hotels no check-out is required. The departure times for each B&B Hotel can be found on the respective hotel page.
